1. Acceptance

By installing or using Docket Watch, you agree to these Terms.

2. About the App

Docket Watch aggregates publicly available information on court proceedings. It is informational only and does not provide legal advice.

3. Eligibility and Territory

You must be legally capable of entering into contracts and not prohibited by law from using the app.

4. License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, including app design, text, graphics, logos, and software, remain with Redbyte Grove or its licensors.

6. User Conduct

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
• No interference, hacking, or scraping.
• No removal of copyright or attribution notices.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Premium features are available as auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple.
• Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiry.
• Manage or cancel via your Apple ID: Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.

8. Third-Party Content

The app may link to YouTube, news, or podcasts. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is". We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at the greater of EUR 50 or amounts you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Changes and Availability

We may modify or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app anytime.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Courts in Dresden, Germany have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
