End User License Agreement (EULA) for CaseLine

1. License Grant

RedByte Grove grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the CaseLine mobile application (“App”) on Apple devices you own or control, solely for private, non-commercial purposes.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, its content, and software remain with RedByte Grove. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.

3. Services and Content

CaseLine provides access to case information, timelines, and related content for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information provided.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions:

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
CaseLine and RedByte Grove do not store or process payment data.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

We use the third-party service RevenueCat to validate purchases with Apple. RevenueCat does not store personal payment data.

5. User Obligations

You agree to use CaseLine only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App or its content without prior permission.
You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements to use the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

RedByte Grove shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of CaseLine, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or reliance on the information presented within the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Modifications

We may update this EULA from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of CaseLine after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Term and Termination

This license is effective upon installation of the App and remains in effect until terminated by you or RedByte Grove. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with these terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved under German jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
